This article is on the ethnoastronomy of the Aranda and the Luritja. The time of observation was August and only a few of the constellations not visible in August are discussed. Maegraith often fails to specify whether the beliefs about particular constellations are Aranda or Luritja, but apparently the beliefs are shared by both groups.
