Abstract
This source investigates several aspects of Karajá religious beliefs. The primary emphasis is on cosmography and mythology, but there is some discussion of eschatology and the role of the shaman and sorcerer in society. It concludes with comments on how Karajá resistance to outside influence was changing their world view.
