Abstract
Although most of the material in this article is covered to a certain extent in Nordenskiöld's major posthumous work (see 1:Nordenskiöld), this article is an excellent summary of Cuna religion and art. Since Cuna religious beliefs are complex, this article is useful because of its summary and analytical character.
