Abstract
This article gives a detailed journalistic description of the physical faculties of the Franciscan mission of St. Michaels on the Navajo Reservation in Arizona. It briefly summarizes the major fields of activity of the mission but does not attempt to evaluate the degree of success of the effect of the acculturating influence.
