Abstract
Me and Mine is the autobiography of Helen Sekaquaptewa, a Hopi woman of Oraibi pueblo in northeastern Arizona, as told to Louise Udall who recorded the text of this work. This study covers Helen's early childhood in Oraibi, her education, marriage, and family life, and is interspersed throughout with much Hopi ethnography. An epilogue by Louise Udall presents rief biographical sketches of the Sekaquaptewa children.
