Book
Trap systems among the Montagnais-Naskapi Indians of Labrador peninsula
[Tryckeri Aktiebolaget Thule] • Stockholm • Published In 1936 • Pages: 38
By: Lips, Julius.
AbstractBrief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document
This source is largely a description of Montagnais-Naskapi hunting traps and their manufacture. Most of the trapping techniques had given way to the use of steel traps when the author did his field work, but older informants were still able to construct older style traps and snares.
