This annotated bibliography is a compilation of citations to printed and audio-visual materials on the Hmong published or produced between 1983 and mid-1987. Citations to materials published prior to 1983 will be found in the bibliography compiled by Douglas P. Olney. Although the main focus of this bibliography is the Hmong resettlement communities in the United States, additional bibliographical citations have been included here on the Hmong in Southeast Asia and China. The principal language focus of the bibliography is English, but some English-Hmong bilingual materials have aslo been included (p. 1).
