Abstract
This brief article presents in detail several different methods of preparing food among the Ganda. In addition to the actual data on food preparation, information may also be found on personal cleanliness in preparing food, items entering into the diet, eating techniques and amount of food consumed, and the cultural use of the banana tree in food preparation.
