Abstract
This source, which is the author's doctoral dissertation, examines attitudes of two groups of Igbo women: women living in a village setting, and women who have migrated to urban centers outside of Igboland. The author looks for variation in these groups according to age, level of education, religion, and language. The correlations found between the above independent variables and the mainly attitudinal dependent variables are interpreted according to the author's knowledge as an indigene. Some attempt is made to identify trends in the extremely repetitious analysis of the questionnaire results.
