This is an excellent brief report on food preparation and nutritional balance. VanBuskirk secured reports from over 100 individuals for periods of a month indicating their dietary habits and methods of food preparation. From this list he abstractes the most commonly eaten foods and the techniques of preparation. He concludes with some observations on the adequacy of the Korean diet
