Primitive man : quarterly bulletin of the Catholic Anthropological Conference • 7 • Published In 1934 • Pages: 51-57
By: Kruse, Albert.
Abstract
This very brief source is concerned almost entirely with the moieties and sibs of the Tapajós Mundurucu, giving notes on their organization, regulation, nomenclature, and traditional origin. In addition, the various Mundurucu tribes are identified by their various names and locations. There are some notes on general culture, and a myth of early matriarchy and its abolition is added. A page of corrections and additions from a later volume has been added and repaginated as page 57-A.
