Abstract
This article describes the three main economic activities of the Wogeo: fishing, fruit gathering and agriculture. The seasonal distribution of work and the intensity of labor are recorded in some detail. Other aspects of Wogeo economy such as the ordering of time, the storage and preparation of food, burden carrying, ownership of trees, and ceremonies connected with the accumulation and distribution of food are also discussed.
