The selections from the book which have been processed for the file deal with the following topics: general ethnography, personality structure, world view, the self-image, attitudes toward the dead and various types of supernaturals, the application and analysis of projective tests, temporal and spatial orientation, anxiety, aggression, psycho-sexual adjustment, and acculturation and its effects on personality development among the Ojibwa. Bibliographic and interpretive notes and a complete bibliography of the author's writings, mainly on the Ojibwa, are appended to the volume.
