AbstractBrief abstract written by HRAF anthropologists who have done the subject indexing for the document
This work, consisting of three major parts, is a comprehensive bibliography of documents relating to Serbian life in the United States and Canada up to 1990. Part I, which forms the major bibliographical section of this work, is organized into alphabetically arranged subject groupings, dealing with various books, pamphlets, archieves, and selected articles dealing with the North American Serbs. Part II, covering the period of 1869-1990, lists those Serbian newspapers and periodicals which have ceased publication, as well as those still publishing. The final section of this work, part III, presents a directory of Serbian churches and monasteries in the United States and Canada.
