Abstract
This document presents an historical analysis of the development of the CHICANA feminist movement in the United States from 1848 to the 1970s and its relationship to the Anglo women's movement and suffrage movement during the same time period. A listing of CHICANA conferences and seminars dealing with feminist themes which took place during 1970-1975 has also been added to the text.
