Abstract
This is a study of the early manifestation of aggressive behavior in !Xo and !Kung babies. These aggressive acts are released by a few standard situations such as the taking of objects of one child by another, defence of objects, defence of a place where a child plays, as well as the place at its mother's breast, reaction to strangers, and unprovoked playful aggression. Types of aggression control, including punishment, are described in the text.
