Abstract
This source is concerned with the material culture, economic pursuits, recreational activities, child rearing, religious ceremonialism and marriage practices of the Torgut Mongols of Etsin-Gol, located in Inner Mongolia. These subjects are covered briefly in the article, and the author presents the material descriptively, making little attempt to interpret or systematize it. The text is followed by a short bibliography and end plates.
