Abstract
This is a fairly comlete description of the physical geography of the islands now called Cheju (formerly Quelpart) and Ullung (Dagelet), a little information on their cultural relationship to the Korean Peninsula, and a few of the effects of Japanese annexation. The author spent a week in each of the two islands in June and October of 1933.
