Abstract
This article presents a brief culture summary of the ethnography of the Yuroks of northwestern California. Some of the topics covered in this work are: intertribal ties with other ethnic groups, prehistory and history, social stratification, the district, villages and village clusters, the descent group, property ownership, ceremonies, curing, sorcery, death and mourning, technology, mythology, and folklore.
