Abstract

This is a short article, based on fieldwork in various locations in Arizona, on Navajo medicine bundles or JISH. The article is primarily concerned with semantics and the author discusses the linguistic meaning and ethnographic usage of the term JISH and several typologies of JISH, both native and anthropological.
