By: Conklin, Harold C..
Abstract
In this source Conklin assesses the use of aerial photogrammetry for ethnographic research by evaluating its contributions to the study of land use. He first discusses the various agriculturally significant land forms distinguished by the Ifugao and the system of land use of which they are a part. He then discusses the use of aerial photography for photogrammetric mapping and evaluates the ethnographic significance of these maps.
