Abstract
This article supplements and corrects earlier data provided by Rivers (Rivers, 1906 eHRAF document 1) pertaining to Toda marriage regulations and taboos. Abstracts of traditions and legends associated with the matrilineal kin groupings are also presented. The author is a linguist who spent three years among the Todas.
