This is a discussion of the distribution of Yoruba groups in Dahomey by a Methodist Missionary Society member who spent ten years in French West Africa, chiefly in Dahomey. The author is a recognized authority on West African religion. Included are discussion of migrations, dialect differences, and tribal indentification.
