Abstract
This chapter in 'Studies in a Hawaiian Community' (see documents nos. 7, 17-23, 25-27) is a nutritional study of public school children. Students recorded what they ate over a three-day period. The data was coded and tabulated to determine the adequacy of calories, carbohydrates, proteins, minerals, and vitamins. The study revealed that there was inadequate intake of calories and some nutrients.
