Abstract
This article describes the transformational events, both internal and external, that have taken place in Muyuw culture and society from the late nineteenth into the late twentieth centuries. These changes are particularly evident in [n]kula[/n] exchanges, and in socio-cultural relations. A number of native informants provided information.
