Abstract
This monograph examines the environment in which White Mountain Apache male high school students are making their career choices. It considers such factors as home/family circumstances, exposure to off-reservation jobs, and self-evaluation of abilities and options, in relation to the reservation job structure and other sources of income. Considerable verbiage is devoted to the methods employed in drawing up this descriptive study.
