Navaho dreams

American anthropologist, n.s.34 • Published In 1932 • Pages: 390-405

By: Morgan, William.

Abstract
Several Navajo dreams are interpreted according to the tenets of Jung and Piaget by William Morgan, an anthropologist who has written several articles on the more mystical aspects of Navajo life, such as divination. The dream interpretations are suggestive but according to Dr. Clyde Kluckhohn are 'insufficiently grounded ethnologically.' Capital letters in the text denote Navajo informants, small letters white informants, and 'x' a trading post.
