Abstract
The material in this study supplements and expands information provided by earlier scholars on the Northern Paiute fishing complex with special emphasis on the Pyramid Lake Paiute. The author's implementation of the data involved editing 23 field notebooks from 1933-1940 as well as studying material culture collections in various U. S. museums, such as the Stephen Powers' collection in the U. S National museum, and Samuel A. Barrett's collection in the Milwaukee Public Museum (ftn. 1, p. 186).
