Abstract
This is an analysis of the economic potential of San Francisco's Italian American community, with particular reference to capital investments and in-group markets, and shows how upward mobility takes place through the integration of individuals into this economy. This document also contains information on immigration, racism, fascism, the Italian American identity, and San Francisco's Italian American community as a whole.
