Abstract
Tran-Nuong Hanh, a native of Vietnam, gives a full description of the six principal ritual ceremonies performed in Viet Nam at different age levels and at puberty, marriage, death, and on the securing of first employment as well as for the cult of the ancestors. He concludes by emphasizing the filial piety which must be the sacred motive of all actions of one's life.
