Abstract
This work, from which only Book III relating to the individual in society has been included in the HRAF archive, is a synthesis of the code of Le. The code, published in 1483, was discovered at the Imperial Library at Hué in 1908, and has been subjected to much less discussion than the Gia Long code. Although no statement to this effect is made by the author, the references cited in the text presumably refer to the translation of the Le code by Raymond Deloustal, published in the BULLETIN DE L'éCOLE FRANçAISE D'EXTREME-ORIENT, 1908-1922.
