Abstract
This is the second of two sections of a study of diet among the Ife Yoruba; the first section, concerned primarily with identification of items of diet and patterns of food consumption, has been included in the Yoruba file as 5: Bascom. This section is concerned entirely with processing methods, and presents Yoruba names of various dishes, descriptions of the same, and detailed recipes for their preparation. A brief bibliography is appended.
